About Dr Frank
In practice since 2003, Dr. Frank is board certified in family practice and osteopathic manipulative treatment with an added qualification in addiction medicine. Within his primary care specialty, he has a passion for treating musculoskeletal disorders. He has a reputation for making his patients feel comfortable in a usually stressful environment with emphasis on treating the whole person, rather than solely on their symptoms.
Dr. Frank grew up in northeast Philadelphia. He attended the University of Michigan where he earned his BA in Spanish in which he is fluent. He received his medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) in 2000 where he graduated with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine . Dr. Frank went on to complete his residency at Broward General Medical Center and Nova Southeastern University in 2003.
After residency, Dr. Frank worked for a group practice specializing in physical medicine and sports medicine for four years. He opened his own practice in 2007.
Dr. Frank cares about his community and has demonstrated this in his involvement in medical missions abroad and locally with his services provided to the Migrant Farm Workers Association of America. His sense of community is also evident with his prior work with the Department of Veterans Affairs in Palm Beach where he worked in the emergency department.
These prior experiences have made Dr. Frank the well-rounded physician he is today.
In his downtime, Dr. Frank is an avid Philadelphia sports fan. He has a passion for travel, food and wine.
